Many common questions are already answered in our documentation. Check the Documentation Overview for usage guides, the API Reference for integration questions, and the SQL DDL Generation page for dialect-specific type mapping. If you found a bug or want to request a feature, opening a GitHub issue (below) gives you a public discussion thread and lets others upvote your request.
Bug Reports
Found incorrect SQL output, a parsing failure, or unexpected ORM code? Open a GitHub issue. For fastest resolution, include: (1) the full diagram text that triggers the bug, (2) the target database or ORM framework, (3) what you expected versus what you received. We aim to acknowledge bug reports within 2–3 business days.

Have an idea for a new SQL dialect, ORM framework, or generation directive? We actively review feature requests on GitHub. Describe the use case and the problem it solves — requests backed by a clear real-world scenario are more likely to be prioritised. We review and respond to feature requests within 1–2 weeks.

For questions about the tool, API access tiers, integration support, or anything else not covered by the documentation, email us directly. We respond to general enquiries within 3–5 business days. For time-sensitive matters please mention it in the subject line.
